Ultra-Thick, 100-Layer Structure for Superior Depth Filtration

This composite plate integrates 100 meticulously designed layers of stainless steel felt and woven mesh, creating a three-dimensional filtration channel. This depth filtration mechanism allows contaminants to be trapped not only on the surface but also within the material's interior. This dramatically increases the dirt-holding capacity per unit area, effectively preventing premature filter cake formation and reducing operational pressure drop.

All-Metal Sintered Construction for Extreme Conditions

The entire plate is formed through high-temperature vacuum sintering, resulting in metallurgical bonds between all layers without any adhesives or organic materials. This enables the product to withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 600°C and remain suitable for various acidic and corrosive environments. Whether used in high-temperature melt filtration or the purification of aggressive solvents, the product maintains stable physical and chemical properties.

 

High Strength and Rigidity, Self-Supporting Structure

With a total thickness of 15 centimeters, the composite plate itself acts as a high-strength rigid body. During filtration, it requires no complex support meshes or multiple stacked reinforcements and can be installed directly into filtration equipment. This self-supporting characteristic allows it to withstand extreme pressure differentials and backwashing shocks, making it particularly suitable for high-pressure applications and high-frequency pulse backflush systems.
