This product features an impressive total of 100 layers, achieving a total thickness of 150 millimeters. It is manufactured by stacking customized thicknesses of stainless steel sintered felt with customized mesh counts of stainless steel woven wire, according to specific client parameters, and then metallurgically sintered in a vacuum high-temperature furnace.

 

With dimensions of 385mm in length, 150mm in width, and 150mm in thickness, this block is not merely a filter medium but a self-supporting depth filtration element. Targeting a filtration rating of 50 microns, this composite plate utilizes the tortuous paths created by its hundred-layer structure to achieve depth loading. This ensures high filtration efficiency while providing immense dirt-holding capacity, significantly extending cleaning cycles and service life.

 

Mature vacuum sintering technology ensures a strong metallurgical bond between layers, eliminating the risk of delamination and preventing medium failure under backwashing or high differential pressure.
