How to clean the titanium rod filter?

1. Alkaline washing: soak in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytically pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees. Best in ultrasonic cleaners. 2. Pickling: soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees. Best in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, rinse the inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutrality, and measure the conductivity. Dry with pure air ≥0.4Mpa pressure.

3. The above two methods can be used alone or alternately with each other. If conditions permit, it can be combined with an ultrasonic cleaner for the best results.

4. Organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, and the cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning is more effective.
