PTFE Sintered Filter for Corrosive Chemical Filtration from TOPTITECH uses polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as raw material and is precisely manufactured through high-temperature sintering process. The filter element is integrally formed with a seamless structure, which ensures the overall mechanical strength and sealing, and effectively avoids the leakage problem that may occur in traditional filter elements. The sintering process ensures the uniform distribution and stability of the filter element pores, thereby achieving excellent filtration performance and a long service life. The pore size of the filter element is precisely controlled at 1-2μm, which is suitable for high-demand precision filtration tasks.
PTFE material has natural non-adhesiveness, and the surface of the filter element is almost free from contaminants, which greatly reduces the frequency of cleaning and replacement and reduces maintenance costs. The sturdy structure of the filter element can withstand the working pressure in high-pressure and high-temperature environments, ensuring long-term stable operation. At the same time, the structural design after sintering makes the filter element have high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain its excellent performance even in harsh environments.
