Sintered 5 Layers Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filter
Five-layer sintered stainless steel mesh is a specialized material composed of five layers of stainless steel wire mesh with varying openings and diameters that are sintered together in a vacuum environment. This process enhances the characteristics of stainless steel woven wire mesh, resulting in an integrated porous material with improved mechanical strength, high permeability, and enhanced structural integrity. The sintering process bonds the contact points of different wire meshes together to create molecular diffusion-welds at every intersection of the wire mesh, which in turn enhances the temperature and pressure resistance of the sintered mesh. Additionally, the mechanical strength of the coarser support layers is provided while maintaining the filtration rating of the finest mesh layer.
