Product Introduction

TOPTITECH's 0.25mm Titanium Anode Plate for Hydrogen Water Electrolyzer is a high-performance electrode specifically designed for hydrogen water electrolysis. Crafted using advanced powder metallurgy techniques, this porous titanium plate with a thickness of 0.25mm plays a crucial role as an electrode in hydrogen water electrolysis cells. It offers exceptional conductivity and durability, ensuring efficient and reliable hydrogen generation.

With its porous structure, the anode plate facilitates optimal gas and liquid diffusion, enabling smooth electrolyte flow and effective gas distribution within the electrolysis cell. This promotes uniform electrolysis and prevents concentration gradients, resulting in consistent and reliable hydrogen production. Additionally, the plate can be coated with Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) precious metals, enhancing its corrosion resistance and durability, thereby reducing maintenance requirements.

Products Features
Sintered porous titanium filter plate03

Excellent corrosion resistance and high current efficiency: The 0.25mm Titanium Anode Plate is made of industrially pure titanium, serving as the primary component of the oxygen evolution anode. It offers exceptional anti-corrosion performance and long electrode service life. It can withstand increased operational current densities, making it highly efficient in hydrogen water electrolysis.

High catalytic activity: The titanium anode exhibits high catalytic activity, particularly in the oxygen evolution region. Compared to platinum-plated electrodes, it has a lower oxygen evolution potential, resulting in energy savings and improved electrolysis efficiency. The alkaline copper plating process showcases its enhanced catalytic activity after undergoing copper foil treatment.

Pollution-free MMO coating: The anodic coating of the 0.25mm Titanium Anode Plate consists of a ceramic oxide of the precious metal iridium. This coating is stable, insoluble in acids and bases, and does not contaminate the plating solution. With a thickness of 20 to 40 micrometers, the oxide coating ensures a pollution-free and reliable electrolysis process.
Cost-effective alternative: The MMO anode offers a cost-effective solution compared to platinum-plated electrodes, with approximately 80% lower cost while maintaining the same service life. It provides superior electrolytic activity, durability, and electrochemical stability in alkaline copper plating electrolytes, making it an affordable and efficient choice.
Suitable for reverse pulse plating: In applications where reverse pulse periods (PPR) are required, the use of platinum-plated titanium insoluble anodes is not permitted. However, the 0.25mm Titanium Anode Plate can effectively address this issue, providing consistent performance and achieving performance gains in such situations.
