TopTiTech sintered titanium filter, also called porous titanium filter, is a kind of new filter material with a broad development prospect. It is made of pure or alloy titanium powder and produced through a series of processes: raw titanium powder preparation, cold isostatic pressing, high-temperature vacuum sintering and molding.

TopTiTech sintered titanium filter has a stable pore structure and high porosity of up to 50%, especially suits for deep filtration. Its internal pores can be designed as foam type or honeycomb type.

Applications

1. Fluid Filtration

You will use porous metal filters to filter gases and liquids since they have the ability to retain solid particles.

In addition to that, it has the ability to retain separate solid and liquid or gas phases using the molecular weight criteria.

2. Pressure Fall

You will use the porosity of the porous metal filters to reduce the pressure of the fluid that flows through it.
