What is titanium?

Titanium is as strong as steel but much less dense. It is therefore important as an alloying agent with many metals including aluminium, molybdenum and iron. These alloys are mainly used in aircraft, spacecraft and missiles because of their low density and ability to withstand extremes of temperature. They are also used in golf clubs, laptops, bicycles and crutches.

The world's fastest aircraft "Blackbird" uses this feature of "titanium"! The strength of titanium increases with decreasing temperature. It maintains good ductility and toughness at a low temperature of -253 °C to avoid cold and brittle metal. Titanium will not feel cold in a low temperature environment. Titanium is known as a warm metal for low temperature operation.

5. Good heat transfer performance

The wall thickness of titanium products is the thinnest among metal utensils, and the surface of titanium is not easy to scale, which can reduce thermal resistance and significantly improve the heat transfer performance of titanium.
