This 1μm 316L Stainless Steel Sintered Filter with Support Frame for Industrial Filtration form TOPTITECH is made of 316L stainless steel and is processed by high-temperature vacuum sintering process to form a uniform and strong porous structure with excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Its filter layer uses sintered metal material, which can provide high-efficiency filtration at the 1μm level, ensuring the stability of filtration accuracy, and has strong impact resistance and pressure resistance.
The overall structure of the product is fixed with flanges at both ends and reinforced with support columns, which not only improves the strength of the filter element, but also maintains a stable shape under high flow rate and high pressure environment, and is not easy to deform or break. This product has a longer service life and can be sterilized at high temperature, back-washed and cleaned by ultrasonic waves, so it can be reused many times, greatly reducing long-term operating costs.
