1. Filtration process
Pretreatment stage
After the initial mixing of emulsion raw materials (such as oil, water phase, active ingredients), they are first intercepted by a coarse precision titanium rod filter cartridge (20-50μm) to intercept large particles of impurities (such as undispersed raw material agglomerates or wear debris of production equipment).
Gradient filtration stage
Multi-stage series titanium rod filter cartridges (for example, 10μm→5μm→1μm) are used to gradually remove the tiny oil droplets, polymer aggregates, and microorganisms remaining after emulsification to ensure uniform distribution of emulsion particle size.
Terminal fine filtration and sterilization
Use a high-precision porous titanium rod filter cartridges (0.2-0.5μm) for sterilization filtration, combined with high-temperature sterilization process, to directly reach the sterile grade emulsion standard.
2. Core filtration principle
Deep filtration mechanism
The internal pores of the porous titanium rod filter cartridges capture impurities through the combined effects of adsorption, interception, and inertial collision. It can handle high-viscosity emulsions and is not easy to clog.
Gradient interception strategy
Design a step-by-step decreasing filtration accuracy based on the characteristics of the emulsion ingredients. For example, in the production of cosmetic creams, first intercept the unemulsified oil group (10μm), then remove the colloidal particles (1μm), and finally ensure a fine texture.

Titanium metal tolerates strong acids, strong alkalis, and oxidizing media (such as emulsions containing ozone or peroxides), avoiding secondary pollution caused by corrosion of the filter material.
