Through a sintering process involving heat and pressure, multiple layers of woven wire mesh panels are permanently bonded, resulting in a material with exceptional mechanical properties. This filter pipe can consist of 5, 6, or 7 layers of wire mesh, offering versatility and effectiveness.
TOPTITECH's 50 micron stainless steel wire mesh filter pipe is highly versatile, catering to diverse applications that require different opening sizes. It can be combined with perforated metal and expanded metal to enhance filtration capabilities in challenging environmental conditions. TOPTITECH offers custom-made stainless steel filters with options for single or multiple layers of woven wire mesh. Our range includes various stainless-steel weaving styles such as plain, twill, plain Dutch, and reverse Dutch twill weaves. To meet specific requirements, TOPTITECH wire mesh filters can be stamped, sintered, soldered, welded, or rolled to size.

Differen type
According to the number of layers, sintered mesh laminate can be divided into two series: single layer sintered mesh laminate and multiple layers sintered mesh laminate.
Single-layer Sintered Mesh Laminate
Single-layer sintered mesh laminate finds application in various industries. However, it is not without limitations. The mesh's pore size compromise can lead to shredding at the edges and potential wire shifting, resulting in reduced filter grade and structural integrity. To address these concerns, the sintering process utilizes heat and pressure to create molecular diffusion-welds at each intersection of the wire mesh. This enhances mechanical strength and filtration capabilities.
Multiple Layer Sintered Mesh Laminate
Multiple-layer sintered mesh laminate consists of two or more layers, offering enhanced mechanical properties suitable for demanding environments and filtration applications. Single-layer wire mesh lacks structural rigidity and is prone to damage when used for filtering, separation, and sifting. By sequentially adding layers and sintering them, a deep filter media can withstand high pressure drops. For example, the six-layer sintered mesh laminate comprises a sturdy base of five-layer sintered mesh with an additional layer of 12-mesh. This three-in-one medical filter plate is utilized for filtering, washing, and drying processes. It is available in both split and monolithic construction variants.
