Precautions for use:

1) During installation, disassembly, and cleaning, avoid scratches, bumps, smashes and other damage by hard objects.

2) Install correctly to avoid reverse filtering. Avoid instantaneous rapid pressurization when the filter element is working.

3) When the filtration efficiency is lower than 50%, the filter element should be cleaned in time.

4) When cleaning the filter element, use pure gas to backflush first. The pressure of the backflush gas is 1.5 times the working pressure. 5 minutes, repeated 2-3 times.

5) If the effect of online backflushing and backwashing of the filter element is not good, it should be disassembled and cleaned in time.

Package

1. Titanium Powder Sinter Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags to ensure that the products have no collision, no shaking, and no damage during transportation.
