This 80µm high efficiency nickel tube is manufactured from high-purity nickel powder through vacuum sintering, achieving an 80µm filtration rating. Nickel remains chemically inert in high-temperature polymer melts, exhibiting no catalytic activity that could cause polymer degradation or cross-linking.
