Sintered stainless steel powder filter element

Without a binder, stainless steel powder is used as the raw material for the sintered stainless steel powder filter element. High-temperature vacuum sintering is used to create it after it has been formed by cold isostatic pressing. The pore size and distribution of the element can be adjusted by selecting the particle size of the stainless steel powder and the process parameters.

The sintered stainless steel powder filter element can realize micron-level precision filtration and can separate solid particle impurities in liquid and gas. When the fluid passes through a filter element with a certain precision, the impurities are blocked on the surface of the filter element to form a filter cake, and then the pure fluid flows out through the filter element. Fluids that are polluted or contain impurities are cleaned to the state required for normal production, so as to ensure that downstream devices can obtain pure products or protect the normal work of equipment.
