What is a sintered mesh filter?

 

The sintered mesh filter produced is a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength and an 

overall rigid structure, which is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through special lamination 

pressing and vacuum sintering.

 

Sintered mesh filter structure features:

 

Generally divided into the five-layer structure, which is divided into four parts: protective layer, filter 

layer, separation layer, and support layer. This kind of filter material has both uniform and stable 

filtration accuracy, high strength and rigidity, and high compressive strength requirements. It is an ideal 

filter material for occasions where uniform filtration particle size is required. Because its filtration 

mechanism is surface filtration and the mesh pores are smooth, it has excellent backwash regeneration 

performance and can be used repeatedly for a long time. It is especially suitable for continuous and 

automated operation processes, which cannot be compared with any filter material.

 

Analysis of product advantages and disadvantages:

 

1. After the sintered mesh filter is filtered, it can be used repeatedly after washing.

 

2. The sintered felt filter element has strong high temperature and corrosion resistance, but the cleaning 

the effect is poor after the pores are blocked.

longer than that of the sintered mesh.

 

The filtration precision of the sintered mesh is greater than that of the sintered felt.

 

4. Since the sintered wire mesh is sintered by stacking the stainless steel wire mesh layer by layer 

according to the special structure, its overall structure is neat and orderly. Therefore, compared with the 

non-woven sintered felt, The blind porosity is almost equal to 0, while the sintered felt has a certain 

blind porosity.

The standard five-layer sintered mesh cylinder filter media can be classified into two ways to filter 

particulate pollutants in the liquid - direct interception and adsorption. Filtration is the use of porous 

media to filter out solid particulate pollutants suspended in a liquid. Direct interception means that the 

particles in the liquid flowing through the filter medium are deviated from the flow beam due to various 

effects, and are adsorbed on the channel wall under the action of surface force (the adsorption force of 

the medium). For example, metal fiber sintered felt uses this method to adsorb pollutants on the fiber 

surface. Filter media can be divided into two categories: surface type and depth type. Surface-type filter 

media rely on orifices on the surface of the media to block particles in the liquid flow. Filter elements 

such as metal mesh type, line gap type, and disc type are all surface filters.

stainless steel sintered mesh. Standard five-layer stainless steel sintering is made by superimposing five
