When the powder-sintered filter element is blocked by polluted particles, the pores that can pass the liquid flow are reduced, and the pressure difference will increase to ensure the flow through the filter material.

2. The system can quickly reach and maintain the desired level of oil cleanliness. Glass fiber and synthetic fiber are made by special blending or imported glass fiber as filter material. It has the characteristics of small resistance, up-to-standard dirt-holding capacity, and easy replacement.

3. In the initial stage, due to the many pores on the filter material, the pressure difference through the powder-sintered filter element increases very slowly, and the blocked pores have little effect on the overall pressure loss.

4. When the blocked hole reaches a value, the blockage is very rapid, at this point, the pressure difference across the filter element rises very quickly. The number, size, shape, and distribution of pores in a filter element's media indicate why one filter element lasts longer than another.

5. When it is found that the pressure increases, it means that the impurities in the liquid flow have blocked the steel mesh of the powder-sintered filter element. This is to remove the filter element in time and clean it repeatedly with pure tap water. The low-pressure series filter element is also equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter element is not replaced in time, the bypass valve can be automatically opened to ensure the normal operation of the system.

1. Exhaust treatment

2. Open attention
