The oxidation resistance and electrocatalytic performance of platinum are not possessed by other materials. Platinum is used as anode material in many important electrochemical production fields, such as hydrogen peroxide and ammonium persulfate. However, platinum resources are scarce and the price is high. In order to reduce the cost and maintain the excellent performance of platinum anode, the platinum anode material is used to replace pure platinum electrode products, and good results have been achieved.

Platinum Coated Titanium Electrode is a platinum-plated process based on titanium. A layer of pure platinum coating is deposited on the surface of the titanium. The process flow of platinum-plated titanium anode is as follows:

1、Pretreatment of titanium sheet

2、Electric cleaning

3、Water washing

4、Activation

5、Distilled water washing

6、Electric brush plating platinum

7、Distilled water washing

8、Blow-dry
