Toptitech Sintered Metal Powder Filter Element is a porous filter element made of industrial high-

purity titanium, which is formed by sieving, cooling, and isostatic pressing, and then sintered at high 

temperature and high vacuum. It has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, 

high-temperature resistance, high strength, easy assurance of filtration accuracy, and easy 

regeneration. 

It is suitable for the filtration of various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, 

hydroxide, sea water, aqua regia, and chloride solutions such as iron, copper, and sodium.

Features

2. High porosity, low filtration resistance, and high penetration

3. High-temperature resistance, generally can be used normally below 280 degrees.

4. Good chemical stability, acid, and alkali corrosion resistance, and

5. It can be regenerated online, is easy to clean, and has a long service life (usually several times that of membrane filter elements).

 

6. No particle shedding, and no secondary pollution of the original 

solution, in line with food hygiene and pharmaceutical GHP requirements.

7. It has good mechanical properties, can be press-filtered or suction-filtered, and is easy to operate.

8. Low-pressure difference, small footprint, and large flow.

9. It has a strong anti-microbial ability and does not interact with microorganisms.

10. The molding process is good, and the overall length without welding can reach 1000 mm.

 

Applications

1. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for decarbonization filtration in the concentrated preparation process of large infusion solutions, small injections, eye drops, and oral liquids, and security filtration before terminal filtration in the diluted preparation process.
