Sintered Porous Titanium Pipe for Oil-Water separation can be applied to aqueous solutions of 3% hydrochloric acid, 5% sulfuric acid, various concentrations of nitric acid, aqua regia, seawater, sodium hydroxide, carbonate, and chloride salts.

 

Matters needing attention:

During installation, disassembly, and cleaning, avoid hard objects scratching, bumping, smashing, and other damages.
Proper installation is necessary to avoid reverse filtering.
When the filter element is operating, avoid immediate quick pressurization.
When the filtration efficiency drops below 50%, it's time to clean the filter element.
When cleaning the filter element, perform the first blowback with pure gas. The pressure of the back blow gas is 1.5 times the working pressure. Each back blow should last for 3-5 seconds, and the back blow process should be repeated 4-6 times. Afterward, backwash the filter element with clean liquid, repeating the process 3 times. This entire cleaning cycle can be repeated 2-3 times and should last for 5 minutes.
If the effect of the filter element after online back-blowing and back-flushing is unsatisfactory, disassemble and clean it immediately.


Cleaning method:

In the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, the decarburization filter element mainly adopts back-blowing and back-flushing combined with ultrasonic cleaning to achieve the best effect.


In the water industry, the filter element is mainly soaked and washed with 5% nitric acid. According to the chemical nature of the filtered impurities, soak the original liquid filter element in the acid wash (5% nitric acid) or alkaline wash (3-5% sodium hydroxide), then rinse and ultrasonically clean it.
