liquids; dust removal, sterilization, removal of various gases and steam oil mist; noise reduction, flame resistance, heat resistance, catalytic reaction, catalyst filtration,

Titanium powder sintered filter element is a porous and microporous filter material made of titanium powder sintered at high temperatures. The filter element is generally a

rings, filter rods, filter cones, filter plates, strips, and various types of titanium and stainless steel powder sintered special-shaped porous filter elements.

Performance:

It has various pore diameters (2.5u-160u) and filtration precision (0.2um-100um), the channels are 

crisscrossed, and it is resistant to high temperature and rapid cooling and heating. Due to the

corrosion resistance, it is suitable for various corrosive media such as acids and alkali. The stainless 

steel filter element is resistant to general acid, alkali, and organic corrosion, especially suitable for 

sulfur-containing gas filtration. It has high strength and good toughness so it is suitable for high-

pressure environments. 

It can be welded and is easy to load and unload. Stable pore shape and uniform distribution ensure 

stable filtration performance. It has a good regeneration performance. After 

repeated cleaning and regeneration, the filtration performance will recover more than 90%.
