Titanium Fiber Paper

Titanium Fiber Paper is produced by TopTiTech from small-diameter titanium fibers that have been compressed to flattened form and annealed(sintered), ensuring a smooth, flat surface for use in the electrolyzer. While most industrial applications operate their electrolyzers in the anode-fed mode, this product is also an ideal diffusion medium for researchers conducting cathode-fed electrolyzer research.

In the application of hydrogen production, under the condition of normal pressure of 60 ℃, the Titanium Fiber Paper has good electrolytic performance, the most suitable pore size, the best air permeability, and porosity. The test data show that compared with carbon paper and titanium plate, titanium felt has the smallest ohmic resistance, resulting in the smallest overpotential, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving electrolytic performance, and the voltage is lower than that of carbon paper and sintered titanium plate. It shows that the titanium felt has better electrolytic performance, and the titanium felt has extremely high porosity and large pore size, which is conducive to gas emission.
