Matters needing attention:

1) Avoid hard objects scratching, bumping, smashing, and other damages during installation, disassembly and cleaning.

2) Install correctly to avoid reverse filtering.

3) Avoid instantaneous rapid pressurization when the filter element is working.

4) When the filtration efficiency is lower than 50%, the filter element should be cleaned in time.

5) When cleaning the filter element, the first blowback with pure gas, the pressure of the back blow

gas is 1.5 times the working pressure, each back blow time is 3-5 seconds, back blow 4-6 times, and

then backwash with clean liquid 3- Repeat 2-3 times for 5 minutes.

6) If the effect of the filter element after online back-blowing and back-flushing is not good,

it should be disassembled and cleaned in time.

Cleaning method:

1) The decarburization filter element in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries mainly adopts the

methods of back-blowing and back-flushing combined with ultrasonic cleaning for the best effect.

2) The filter element in the water industry is mainly soaked and washed with 5% nitric acid.

The original liquid filter element should be soaked in the acid wash (5% nitric acid) or alkaline wash (3-

5% sodium hydroxide) according to the chemical nature of the filtered impurities, and then rinsed and

ultrasonically cleaned.
