Stainless Steel Knitted Wire Mesh Liquid Filter

Stainless Steel Metal Porous Sintered Filter Plate is generally divided into five layers: protective layer, filter layer, separation layer and support layer. This kind of filter material has uniform and stable filtration accuracy and high strength and rigidity. It is an ideal filter material for occasions that require high strength and uniform filter particle size. It is a porous sintered material made by stacking five layers of stainless steel wire mesh according to different structures, and then sintering, pressing, rolling and other processes.

stainless steel wire mesh is made of high-quality stainless steel wire in specific high-temperature process conditions, after drawing machine stretch to the specified wire diameter, and then in constant temperature, dusting free, clean plant by braided.

Features:

● Wide range of filtration accuracy. From 1μ-100μ, good filtration performance;
● Filtration accuracy is stable. Due to the upper and lower layers of wire mesh for protection, the mesh of the filter layer is not easily deformed;
● Good strength. Due to the support of the fourth and fifth layers, it has high pressure resistance and mechanical strength;
● Easy to clean. Due to the use of surface filter material, it is easy to clean and suitable for backwashing;
● High temperature resistance. Can withstand high temperature of 480°C;
● Corrosion resistance. Due to the use of SUS316L material, it has high corrosion resistance;
● Easy to process. Suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing conditions.

The main purpose:
1) Used as a dispersed cooling material in high temperature environment;
2) Used for gas distribution, orifice plate material for liquidized bed;
3) Used for high pressure backwash oil filter.

Weaving: plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, contrast weave, and five comprehensive weaves.  The dense mesh includes plain - dense, twill - dense.  

Plain weave: Each warp wire is crossed above and below each weft wire, the diameter wire is the same thickness as the weft wire, and the warp and weft wire are woven at a 90-degree Angle. 

Twill weaving: weaving in which each warp thread crosses above and below two weft threads, and each weft thread crosses above and below two weft threads.
