The Porous titanium metal powder sintered filter element is the liquid state of titanium alloy qualified for metal smelting, which is atomized into powder by atomization, rotating electrode method or vacuum decompression atomization, and then hot extruded into rods and hot isostatic pressing to form titanium alloy turbine discs, aircraft keel joints or Materials made of seawater desalination units. The Porous titanium metal powder sintered filter element is a micro-filtration element formed by industrial high-purity titanium powder (purity ≥ 99.7%) as the main raw material, after sieving, cold isostatic pressing, later, sintering with high temperature and fine vacuum. Also called titanium rod filter element, titanium metal filter element, microporous titanium rod filter element, its structure is relatively uniform, and can be made into various required shapes by custom-made molds; there are a large number of open pores distributed on the surface of the material, and the pore diameter is uniform, so the porosity is high , the low filtration resistance, the material’s permeability is good, and it has excellent physical performance.
