The titanium sintered microporous water filter element starts with high-purity spherical titanium powder, which is shaped through precision molding and then subjected to high-temperature vacuum sintering. During this sintering cycle, the titanium particles fuse together at their contact points via diffusion bonding, forming a rigid filter body with an interconnected three-dimensional pore network. This approach does more than just deliver consistent pore sizes and controllable porosity-typically in the 30–45% range-it also gives the element remarkable structural strength and mechanical stability.

Thanks to both the intrinsic properties of titanium and the way it's processed, this filter element brings a lot to the table.
►For starters, titanium naturally develops a dense, stable oxide film on its surface, which translates into serious corrosion resistance-it holds up well against strong acids, weak alkalis, and chloride-rich environments over extended service periods.
►Thermally, it's equally impressive, maintaining stable performance from -200°C all the way up to 300°C, which makes it a solid choice for high-temperature liquids and steam filtration. Mechanically, the sintered metal bonds give the element high compressive strength and impact toughness, so it doesn't warp or fail even under significant pressure differentials or repeated backwashing cycles.
►On the precision side, pore sizes can be accurately controlled anywhere from 0.2μm to 100μm, with excellent consistency batch after batch. And one of its biggest practical advantages is regenerability-a simple backwash, ultrasonic cleaning, or mild chemical rinse is usually enough to restore flow rates, significantly extending service life and keeping maintenance costs in check.
