Application range of stainless steel sintered felt
Stainless steel sintered felt can be used for catalyst recovery. The filter made of sintered felt is small in size, long in service life and low in pressure difference, so it is widely used in various petrochemical processing fields and has important value in waste pickling solution. The catalyst has a recycling effect.
Stainless steel sintered felt can also be used for filtration of hydraulic systems: sintered felt can be used for any high, low and medium pressure filters, so it is widely used in various aviation, marine, aerospace, machine tool, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In China, most of the hydraulic systems of civil aircraft are filter materials made of sintered felt.
Stainless steel sintered felts can also be used for tight filtration in the semiconductor industry: in the semiconductor industry, various high-density processors and memory chips are used to process air cleaning gases. Filters made from filters are more effective and easier to use.

How to choose the right titanium fiber sintered felt in the filter system?
1. There should be no high content of colloidal substances in the filter material. Titanium fiber sintered felt is better for filtering rigid solid particles.
2. Pay attention to the pressure used for backwashing the titanium fiber sintered felt. It must be controlled within 0.3MPa, otherwise regeneration will be more difficult.
3. Titanium fiber sintered felt can only separate solid and liquid, remove mechanical particles, but cannot remove various metal ions.
4. The filter material should not contain high concentration of chloride ions.
5. Select the appropriate precision of the titanium fiber sintered felt. The diameter of the selected titanium fiber sintered felt should be much smaller than the diameter of the solid impurities, and try to prevent the solid impurities from entering the inner pores of the titanium fiber sintered felt wall.
6. There are many suitable regeneration methods for titanium fiber sintered felt. Different regeneration methods need to be selected for different impurities, such as: air, steam backflushing, backwashing, positive washing, acid washing, alkali washing, ultrasonic cleaning and other methods.
Preparation of sintered felt back-flushing filter element in the production of sintered raw materials
1) Iron-containing raw materials
Minerals, iron concentrates, blast furnace dust, rolled steel skin, steel slag, etc. with high iron content and particle size <5mm. It is generally required that the raw material of alloyed iron has high grade, stable composition and few impurities.
2) Flux
It is required that the effective Ca0 content in the flux is high, the impurities are few, the composition is stable, the water content is about 3%, and the particle size is less than 3mm, accounting for more than 90%.
3) Fuel
Mainly coke powder and anthracite. The requirements for the fuel are the highest C content, low ash content, low volatile content, low sulfur content, stable composition, less than 10% water content, and more than 95% of the particle size is less than 3mm.

1. Strengthen the pelletizing and granulation, improve the air permeability of the material layer, increase the vertical sintering speed and the utilization factor of the sintering machine.
2. Improve the reactivity and combustion efficiency of sintered fuel, and reduce the consumption of FeO and solid fuel.
3. Enhance the oxidizing atmosphere of the combustion zone and promote the low temperature sintering of the thick material layer.
4. Increase the content of calcium ferrite in the binder phase, improve the metallurgical properties of the sinter, and promote the increase of iron and coke in the blast furnace.
5. Reduce the amount of SO2 generated in the sintering waste gas and reduce environmental pollution.
