High Purity Molybdenum Plate is a metal plate with molybdenum as the main material. Molybdenum is hard, yet soft, and more ductile than tungsten. Molybdenum has a high modulus of elasticity, and tungsten and tantalum have only a higher melting point. Molybdenum plates are used in many specialty sheets of steel. Some other common uses are molybdenum electrodes, missiles and aircraft parts, nuclear power, and vacuum furnace applications. Molybdenum plates are extensively employed in the manufacture of semiconductor and electronic component parts, as well as in the fabrication of molds and parts furnaces.

The Si2Cl6 silicon supply, silicidation conditions, and some of the attributes of the organosilicon molybdenum plate were investigated. After being first deposited as slabs of molybdenum silicide, such as 4 MoSi2, at an initial thickness of 6 m (after 10 minutes), they are subsequently merged for storage, resulting in a uniform layer of molybdenum silicide, MoSi2, after 30 minutes. The weight of the organosilicon plate dissolved by the anode was multiplied by 0.2 M sulfuric acid, reducing the thickness of the MoSi2 layer. Corrosion of seawater and sea sand and wear of organic silicon molybdenum plate increase the resistivity, thereby increasing the silicidation temperature and the flow rate of Si2Cl6. -

Production Process :
Molybdenum slab→Inspection→Hot rolling→Alkali washing
→Conduct vacuum annealing→Cold rolling→Leveling, shear, vacuum annealing
→Inspection→packaging.
Good products need not only good raw materials but also a good production process, otherwise, the product quality will be affected to a certain extent. Here is to introduce the production process of the molybdenum plate.
First, The molybdenum slab undergoes corresponding inspection as a raw material before being subjected to hot rolling treatment, followed by leveling and annealing. Next line of alkali washing, in doing the test to determine whether there is no problem, no problem after hot rolling. The next step is to conduct vacuum annealing, and then test, no problem after cold rolling, in the further leveling, shear, vacuum annealing, in the second inspection, no problem after the packaging.
Molybdenum plate is widely used because it has many characteristics, such as high strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance to molten glass, molten salt, and molten metal, and can improve thin coatings wear resistance.
Features of molybdenum plate: The surface of the molybdenum plate is easy to produce a dense and firm protective film, which can well protect the substrate from corrosion. Through artificial anodizing and coloring, cast aluminum alloys with good casting properties of deformed aluminum alloys with good workability can be obtained. Molybdenum plate has high strength. After a certain degree of cold working, the strength of the matrix can be strengthened, and some grades of molybdenum plates can also be strengthened by heat treatment. The electrical and thermal conductivity of the molybdenum plate is second only to silver, copper, and gold. The density of the molybdenum plate is about 1/3 of that of iron or copper. After adding certain alloying elements, cast aluminum alloys with good casting properties of deformed aluminum alloy molybdenum plates with good processing plasticity are widely used because they have many characteristics, such as high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent thermal conductivity. It has high corrosion resistance to molten glass, molten salt, and molten metal, and can also improve the wear resistance of thin coatings.
