TOPTITECH High-Purity Pure Ti Base Plate for Electrochemical Catalysis is designed for high-performance applications in electrolysis, water treatment, and energy conversion processes. Made from high-purity titanium, this electrode offers outstanding corrosion resistance even under harsh chemical environments.Its structural integrity and excellent electrical conductivity make it an ideal substrate for noble metal oxide coatings (such as RuO₂, IrO₂, or mixed metal oxides), enhancing electrocatalytic activity and extending operational lifespan.
Custom-designed perforation patterns available ensure uniform current distribution and enhanced catalytic efficiency, making it ideal for use in systems such as sodium hypochlorite generators, electrochemical oxidation units, and hydrogen production equipment. Customizable mounting solutions allow for easy installation and secure positioning within electrochemical reactors.

Water Treatment Field: As the anode substrate of sodium hypochlorite generator, coated with RuO₂-IrO₂ coating for electrolysis of salt water to prepare disinfectant; or coated with SnO₂/PbO₂ catalytic layer to treat organic wastewater; or coated with Pt/BDD coating for ozone generator.
New Energy Field: Coating Ni-Fe/Ni-Co and other OER catalysts in alkaline electrolyzers to produce hydrogen, or coating IrO₂/Pt/C electrodes in PEM electrolyzers; It can also be used as a gas diffusion layer or bipolar plate substrate for fuel cells/liquid flow batteries.
Environmental Application: Coating Cu/Sn/Ag catalysts for CO₂ electroreduction to prepare chemicals, or coating MnO₂/CeO₂ to degrade NOx/SOx pollutants in industrial waste gas.
Electrolysis/electroplating field: directly used as metal electrowinning refining cathode or precious metal electroplating substrate, as well as corrosion-resistant bracket and conductive beam in electrolytic cell.
Electrochemical equipment: directly used for corrosion-resistant lining of electrolytic cell, battery current collector and auxiliary electrode for electrochemical testing.
Special industrial applications: as auxiliary anode substrate of cathodic protection system or corrosion-resistant carrier of
implantable electrode in medical equipment.
