The stainless steel pleated filter cartridge is a type of filter cartridge that uses single or multiple layers of stainless steel woven mesh as the main filter material. The sealing surface of the filter element adopts an argon arc welding process, and the filter layer is processed by folding 3-5 layers of stainless steel mesh. The filter layer is supported and reinforced by two layers of mesh on the inside and outside, with the actual filtering layer in the middle. The seams are welded using argon arc welding to form a complete filter cartridge that does not leak or allow any medium to pass through. The filter material used is stainless steel woven mesh, which is made of stainless steel wire of different diameters woven to different mesh sizes.

The pleating creates a larger surface area for the filter, allowing it to trap more particles and contaminants than a flat filter of the same size.
