Enhanced Porosity: Our porous spargers possess porosity ranging from 20% to 40%, significantly higher than regular spargers (approximately 10%). This increased porosity enables more efficient gas transfer into liquids.

 

Non-Blocking: The millions of tiny pores prevent clogging, making it ideal for carbonating beer and soda prior to fermentation. This micron stone can be used for carbonating kegged beer or as an aeration stone before fermentation, remaining unclogged as long as it is kept clean.

User-Friendly: Connect the stainless steel diffusion stone to your oxygen regulator or aeration pump and aerate your wort as the beer flows through the line. It can be easily integrated inline with kettles, pumps, or counter flow/plate wort chillers.

 

Easy to Sanitize: Simply soak the 0.5-micron diffusion stone in water for 20 to 30 seconds. Avoid touching the actual carbonated portion of the stone with your hands.

Fermentation: The sparger facilitates improved cell growth in fermentation reactions by sparging oxygen, generating smaller bubbles ranging from 0.25 to 100 microns. It finds utility in wine production and other processes.
