Sintered Stainless Steel Porous Metal Filter Tube is made by irregularly shaped stainless Steel powder, Generally AISI 316L.In the production process of stainless steel sintered filter, the powder is compressed into a mold to form a strong brittle component, and then undergoes a high-temperature sintering process to form a porous filter tube with high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.

The pore size can be determined by the power that is chosen and the pressing force that is applied. The filters ultimate properties are influenced by the shape, size and distribution of the powder.

Sintered Stainless Steel Porous Metal Filter Tube has a particle chipping problem of the edge that may exhibit directly when the filtration accuracy at 70µm or even finer. Thankfully, our sintered metal tube enables us to avoid this phenomenon, by our advanced vacuum sintering equipment and professional production workers.

Furthermore, every sintered metal tube is tested strictly with bubble point test according to ISO 4003 and air permeability test according to ISO 4022, to ensure high quality producing and satisfy each customer.
