Featuring a Grade 1 titanium substrate with optimized ruthenium-iridium oxide coating, it delivers >95% current efficiency for chlorine production and maintains <300mV overpotential for oxygen evolution, while offering exceptional corrosion resistance in harsh environments (pH 1-14, high chloride).

 

This electrode uniquely maintains optimal performance for both chlorine generation from brine and oxygen production in acidic PEM conditions. The precisely balanced Ru-Ir coating ensures stable catalytic activity across these distinct electrochemical processes, serving as a critical component bridging conventional chemical manufacturing and green hydrogen production.
