● Installation

►The aeration head must be installed in a perfectly horizontal position.

►Maintain a spacing of 5 to 10 times the diameter of the aeration head between units, with fine‑tuning based on water depth.

►During installation, never apply force directly to the porous (aerating) surface of the product. Secure the unit by its outermost edge using a soft‑jaw tool or by hand, and tighten clockwise. For additional tightening, use a wrench on the unthreaded portion of the connector-never on the porous body.

►Avoid dropping, striking, or bumping the porous surface, as this may cause damage or cracking.

● Operation

►For optimal oxygen utilization, operate the aeration head at low pressure differentials and low airflow rates.

►Always increase pressure gradually to the working level. Sudden high‑pressure surges can damage the aeration element.

►Continuous operation is recommended to prevent the settlement and accumulation of contaminants that may block the pores. If continuous operation is not feasible, inspect the aeration surface for scaling or clogging before each restart. If blockage is found, remove the unit and clean it promptly.
