The microporous pure titanium aeration head from TopTiTech is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥99.6899%) as the main raw material, which is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. Its structure is uniform, the micropore diameter is 0.22-100μm, the porosity is 35-50%, the filtration resistance is small, the separation and purification efficiency is high, and the mechanical properties are good. There are three types of aeration heads: tubular, spherical, and flat. Spherical base diameter is 150-180 mm, thickness 3 mm, aeration bubbles 0.1-2mm, and the aeration resistance is small, the gas-liquid interface area is large, the bubbles diffuse evenly, no hole clogging occurs, and the corrosion resistance is strong.

Compared with conventional aerators, the energy consumption of the microporous pure titanium aeration head from TopTiTech is reduced by 40%, nearly doubling the amount of sewage treatment, and has a long-lasting service life. It is especially suitable for urban sewage, the new expansion of large water plants, and renovation of old aeration tanks, as well as ozone aeration in the water treatment industry, catalytic gas aeration in the chemical industry, etc.
