Principle of Microporous Tube Filtration and Regeneration

1. Filtration: that is, using the pressure outside the tube or the negative pressure inside the tube to make the material penetrate through the capillary channels inside the filter medium from the outer wall of the tube to the inside of the tube, and use the physical process of adsorption, bridging and pore interception on the surface of the filter medium to trap solid particles in the filter medium. The process of filtering the surface of the tube.


2. Regeneration-physical regeneration: that is, using the aeration pressure of 0.4-0.6Mpa instantaneously in the tube to make the air flow through the internal capillary pores from the inside of the tube to the outside of the tube at high speed, and the microscopic deformation and air pressure thrust inside the filter medium pores will be blocked in the filter medium. The process of blowing out the particles in the shallow pores on the outer surface of the filter tube. At the same time, it is accompanied by the falling off of the slag layer on the surface of the filter tube. It is better to add water before backflushing regeneration to generate micro hydraulic driving force.


3. Regeneration-chemical regeneration: that is, the filter tube blocked by the material is soaked with the acid/alkali solution of the set concentration to dissolve the blocking medium blocked in the pores of the microporous tube, so that the blocked pores can be re-opened to achieve purpose of regeneration. Chemical regeneration is only effective for blockage of solid particles that can be dissolved by acid/alkali.
