The special-shaped stainless steel powder sintered filter element can achieve micron-level precision filtration, and can separate solid particles and impurities in liquid and gas. When the fluid passes through the filter element with a certain precision, the impurities are blocked on the surface of the filter element to form a filter cake, and the pure fluid flows out through the filter element. Contaminated or impurity-containing fluids are cleaned to the state required for normal production to ensure that downstream devices obtain pure products or protect the normal operation of equipment.

Different from the non-metal sintered filter element, when the filter cake on the surface of the sintered metal powder filter element reaches a certain thickness, due to its high-strength performance characteristics, the filter element can be backwashed or backflushed by a certain reverse pressure. Clean the filter element so that it can be used again.

Quality monitoring

First of all, all raw materials are monitored, and when the metal powder is analyzed, in addition to its metallurgical composition, its particle size distribution, packing ratio, etc. are analyzed. After being formed by cold isostatic pressing, it is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. The carbon content needs to be tested before and after the sintering operation. Each batch of products produced needs to be subjected to a bubble point test. The diameter of spherical particles also needs to be measured for permeability, density and carbon content. Make sure every product is of high quality.
