It is a 1:1 fully customized production strictly according to customer drawings, with core dimensions of only 7.6 mm in diameter and 11.1 mm in length-smaller than a standard button battery.

Achieving stable fluid filtration within such a minute volume is a significant test of sintering uniformity. We utilize 316L stainless steel powder for the filter layer, processed via vacuum high-temperature sintering to maintain high porosity and structural strength even at this micro-scale. To balance weld strength and corrosion resistance, the dense interface section employs 304 stainless steel, creating a seamless metallurgical bond that eliminates the risk of fracture during use.

 

Despite its small size, this filter achieves an absolute filtration accuracy of 15 microns (μm) , effectively capturing fine particles in industrial fluids. Furthermore, the element features a precision M5 threaded connection at the end, equipped with a standard oil-resistant rubber O-ring seal. This ensures a stable, leak-proof connection even in vibrating environments.
