Cleaning Methods

Ultrasonic Cleaning: This method uses longitudinal waves to create and implode tiny vacuum bubbles in the cleaning fluid. The resulting impact force effectively cleans the filter element.

 

Backwashing: Inert gases like nitrogen are used to reverse flush the stainless steel filter, removing contaminants.

 

Solution Cleaning: The filter element is soaked in a 5% sodium hydroxide or nitric acid solution for about an hour. The soaking time can be adjusted based on the contamination level. After soaking, the filter is air-dried using clean air.
