Titanium mesh is mainly used for screening and filtration under acid and alkali environment conditions or gas, liquid filtration, and other media separation. There are three methods: plain weave, twill weave, and dense weave.

The thinnest titanium wire that is reasonably proficient in domestic drawing can reach 0.1mm due to the difficulties of drawing titanium wire. Titanium wire has a low elongation, a high strength, a high degree of elasticity, and a low degree of flexibility. These severely restrict the ability to produce titanium mesh with high mesh. The titanium mesh is available in sizes ranging from 1 mesh to 100 mesh.

The most popular weaving technique for titanium mesh is plain weave, and its key characteristic is that the density of the warp and weft wire diameters is the same.

Corrosion, so as to achieve strong corrosion resistance; especially in the following environments, the corrosion resistance is better, such as seawater, wet chlorine, chlorite, and hypochlorite solutions, chromate nitrate metal chloride and organic salts, etc. (For example 60% nitric acid, the corrosion rate of pure titanium mesh in nitric acid solution is only 0.001mm.a-1);

Grade: N4 N6 Ni200 Ni201

Characteristics: Excellent corrosion resistance to concentrated alkali solution, for carbonate, nitrate, Alkaline, and neutral solution medium of salts such as chlorides and acetates, with excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Name: Tungsten Wire Mesh

Grade: W1, W2, HW91, HW71, HW61

Characteristics: Stable properties, high resistance, high melting point, the highest temperature resistance is 3400 degrees.

4. Name: Molybdenum Wire Mesh

Grade: MO1 MO2 RMO1

Characteristics: High strength, high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and other advantages, widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, military industry, missile launch, aviation aerospace, and other fields.

5. Name: Zirconium Wire Mesh

Grade: Zr-1, Zr-3, R60702, R60705

Characteristics: Amazing corrosion resistance, extremely high melting point, super high hardness, and especially for fluoboric acid, and sulfuric acid (concentration<65%), corrosion resistance is better among hydrochloric acid, boric acid, and sulfonic acid.

6. Name: Tantalum Wire Mesh

Grade: Ta1, Ta2, FTa1

Characteristics: Refractory is second only to tungsten and rhenium as the third refractory metal; corrosion resistance is better than Titanium, does not react to hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and "aqua regia".

Grade: T2, T3, H65, C5191

Characteristics: non-magnetic, wear-resistant, good ductility, good sound insulation, filter electron beam.

Grade: 1C-Ag99. 99, CP99. 99

Characteristics: It has good ductility, and its electrical conductivity and heat transfer are the highest of all metals.
