1. Production process:

In most chemical processes, 316L stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, so we choose 316L powder as the material of the porous metal filter element. Firstly, all raw materials are monitored. When metal powder is analyzed, in addition to its metallurgical composition, its particle size distribution, bulk ratio, etc. are analyzed. After being formed by cold isostatic pressing, it is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. It is necessary to detect the carbon content before and after the sintering operation. Each batch of products produced needs to be tested for bubble point. The hardness of the medium has been determined. The diameter of spherical particles also needs to determine their permeability, density and carbon content. Make sure every product is high quality.

2. Product specifications and filtration accuracy:

The commonly used outer diameter is 20~100mm, and the length is 100~1500mm. Welding can be done if it is larger than 1500mm, and special specifications can be customized. Filtration accuracy is 0.5um~50um.

3. Filtration principle:

Since the sintered metal powder filter element is a metal porous element, it has countless micropores inside, the pores are curved, crisscross, and have uniform and highly precise porosity. Deep precision filtration can be achieved by pressurization.

4. Performance:

Yinggao sintered metal powder filter element has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easy guarantee of filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration; because it is formed by cold isostatic pressing and sintered at high temperature and high vacuum, the surface particles are not easy to fall off; the operating temperature It can reach 900°C and is suitable for filtering various corrosive media. It has excellent mechanical properties, can be machined for cutting, welding, etc., and has high compressive strength. Filtration accuracy can be guaranteed, even if it works under high temperature and high pressure, the pore size will not be deformed, and the porosity can reach 35-45%.
