The reverse water cleaning method, also known as the backwash method, is to backwash the inert gas such as nitrogen in the opposite direction of the normal filtration. Because the pores of the sintered mesh are relatively smooth and easy to clean, it is especially suitable for backwashing. And in the process of back cleaning, it does not need to be taken out from the filter device, and can be cleaned directly in the filter device. For ultrasonic cleaning, it needs to be removed from the filter device and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaning machine. Compared with back cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning has a greater impact on production efficiency, but ultrasonic cleaning is more thorough and can clean the filter device.
