Industrial natural gas filter elements are manufactured using a specialized process and are composed of various composite materials. These filter elements possess hydrophilic properties, enabling them to effectively remove both mechanical impurities and emulsified water from the gas medium. Through demulsification and coalescence, they separate and combine water droplets into larger ones, facilitating further purification of the gas.
Typically, the industrial natural gas filter element should be installed before the pressure regulator, following the marked gas flow direction.
The filter element is made of washable synthetic materials. When installing the filter, ensure that the cover can be easily opened for cleaning and inspection.
The industrial natural gas filter element can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines. Avoid installing it on an unstable foundation.
Before performing maintenance, ensure there is no gas in the industrial natural gas filter element. Then, remove the filter screen, wash it with soapy water, allow it to air dry naturally, and reinstall it.
Reminder:
After installation, perform a tightness inspection. During ventilation, avoid a high instantaneous air volume. The industrial natural gas filter element can be cleaned using a small amount of detergent and water.
