The standard five-layer sintered mesh consists of a protective layer, filter layer, distribution layer, and two reinforcement layers. It is made from high-quality 304 and 316L stainless steel materials.

The square hole sintered mesh combines multi-layer plain woven mesh with square mesh sintered mesh. Its high opening rate allows for excellent permeability, low resistance, and large circulation.

Multi-layer sintered mesh, produced through a specialized lamination pressing and vacuum sintering process, utilizes two-layer, three-layer, or multi-layer dense mesh with varying precision. The interlacing of each layer of wire mesh creates a uniform and effective filter material with high mechanical strength, rigidity, wear resistance, pressure resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.
