1. Flow Rate: Choose a self-cleaning filter with a pipe diameter that matches the processing flow.
2. Filter Medium Properties: Consider the physical and chemical properties of the filter medium, including acidity and alkalinity, to select the appropriate material.
3. Suspended Solids Concentration: Select the number of filtration stages based on the concentration of suspended solids in the filter medium.
4. Filtration Accuracy: Determine the required filtration accuracy based on the size of the media particles. Remember that higher accuracy may lead to frequent filter blockages, necessitating more frequent cleaning.
5. Pipeline System Pressure: Select a filter that can withstand the pressure of the pipeline system, typically 1.0 MPa or 1.6 MPa. For higher pressure systems, consider a filter with a pressure rating of 2.5 MPa.

Apart from these crucial parameters, there are additional preprocessing methods that you can consider.
Working Principle:
The raw liquid enters the filter through the liquid inlet. During the filtration process, impurities accumulate on the stainless steel filter screen, gradually building up on the inner layer.
1. Automatic Cleaning: When the preset filter time is reached, the automatic cleaning process initiates. The electronic control system triggers a signal, activating the motor. The motor rotates the drive shaft, and a scraper removes the accumulated impurities from the filter screen. Once the cleaning time limit is reached, the motor stops, and the blowdown valve opens to initiate the blowdown process.
2. Manual Cleaning: The motor runs continuously, rotating the drive shaft, while the scraper continuously removes impurities from the filter screen. When the set time is reached, the blowdown valve opens, initiating the blowdown process.
3. Pressure Differential Cleaning (optional): If chosen, when the pressure difference between the liquid inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the motor starts working. The motor rotates the drive shaft, and the scraper removes the accumulated impurities on the filter screen. After the cleaning time reaches the set value, the motor stops.
