Some small filters are only equipped with a titanium rod. The rod is relatively convenient to install on the pallet, but for some larger titanium rod filters, several titanium rods may be set inside. At this time, install the titanium rods on the pallet one by one, and the interface should adapt for the corresponding installation.

Installation Precautions
1. Before the titanium rod is installed with the shell, it is necessary to check whether the sealing rings are in place, and the leakage and misplacement of the sealing rings are strictly prohibited.
2. For the threaded interface, it is strictly forbidden to use excessive force when installing the nut until the sealing ring reaches the sealing effect to prevent the interface from falling off.

3. After the shell is installed, it should be cleaned for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. During the inspection process, the cleaning water can be recycled to save costs. After the inspection is qualified, the cleaning process is completed and the normal process is performed.
4. The working pressure of normal filtration should be controlled at 0.15-0.25Mpa. If the pressure increases, it will greatly increase the difficulty of backwashing and affect the backwashing effect. Before normal use, there should be at least 3-5 minutes of low-pressure start-up time, that is, the pressure will gradually increase to 0.15-0.25Mpa, and instantaneous pressure is strictly prohibited.
5. It is recommended to incorporate the backwashing of titanium rods into the production process, that is, backwashing once every shift (8 hours) before leaving work, the time of each backwashing is 10-20 minutes, and the pressure of backwashing should be gradually increased, gradually pressurized to 0.25 -0.3Mpa is strictly forbidden to pressurize instantaneously.
6. When the titanium rod is seriously blocked and the recoil effect is not obvious, ultrasonic cleaning acid cleaning and alkali cleaning should be adopted.
