The production process of the standard five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh filter element involves several steps. This filter element, manufactured by TopTiTech, consists of a protective layer, a filter control layer, a dispersion layer, a supporting skeleton layer, and a skeleton layer. It can be shaped into different forms such as round, cylindrical, or conical based on specific requirements. With its surface filtration mechanism, the filter element offers a smooth and uniform surface, excellent backwash regeneration performance, and long-term reusability, making it particularly suitable for continuous online operations.

One of the key components of the filter element is the five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh. This mesh is created by arranging stainless steel meshes with varying wire diameters and mesh sizes in a specific order and then subjecting them to high-temperature sintering. It surpasses metal fiber felt and metal powder in terms of strength and penetration performance. The unfinished product exhibits a uniform distribution of pore sizes, high-temperature resistance, easy weldability, reproducibility, and extended service life.

The use of multi-layer sintered filter screen material significantly enhances the filtration stability of the filter element. To meet the requirements of more complex filtration processes, the filter element structure can incorporate additional filter layers, such as stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt. This allows for the creation of filter elements with up to 20 layers, catering to applications that demand higher precision and can withstand higher differential pressure conditions. The stainless steel sintered mesh filter element is particularly suitable for filtration processes involving high-pressure differentials, continuous self-cleaning, and high stability requirements.
