In cases where online blowback and washing are employed, it is important to note that significant pressure loss may occur, necessitating timely removal for cleaning purposes. The filter element, having undergone screening, shaping, and sintering processes, is transformed into microfiltration elements. Typically, filtration occurs from the outside to the inside, and reverse filtration is not recommended. When initiating the filtration process, gradually apply pressure until the desired working pressure is reached, avoiding sudden valve opening to prevent pressure spikes. In the event that filtration efficiency drops below 50%, it is advisable to promptly introduce clean air or clean liquid.
For back blowing and backwashing of the metal powder sintering filter element, it is generally recommended to employ pure gas for blowback purposes. The reverse blowing pressure should be set at 1.2-1.5 times the working pressure, with each backblowing cycle lasting 3-5 seconds. Repeat this procedure 4-6 times, followed by reverse washing using clean liquid for a duration of 3-5 minutes and 2-3 cycles.
