Stainless steel filter elements can be fabricated from different grades of stainless steel, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and sometimes even unconventional materials like aluminum or galvanized steel. The material selection depends on factors such as chemical compatibility, temperature resistance, and durability.
  •

    Wide Range of Woven Mesh:
The woven mesh used in constructing stainless steel filter elements comes in numerous variations, with each type offering specific filtration characteristics. Different customers require specific mesh types tailored to their filtration needs, such as mesh size, weave pattern, and wire diameter.
  •

    Diverse Workpieces and Accessories:
Most stainless steel filter elements require accompanying components and fittings to ensure proper installation and functionality. The size, shape, and configuration of these workpieces and accessories vary for each customer's specific filtration system.

To summarize, the need for customization arises due to the diverse requirements and specifications of customers. The choice of materials, woven mesh types, workpieces, and accessories all contribute to the unique nature of each stainless steel filter element. As a result, these elements are made-to-order, requiring dedicated production time for each customized unit.

Shapes of Stainless Steel Filter Mesh

Stainless steel filter mesh can be manufactured in various shapes to accommodate different filtration applications. These shapes include rectangles, squares, circles, ovals, rings, rectangles with hats or waists, as well as special shapes based on specific requirements. The structure of the filter can be categorized into single-layer, double-layer, three-layer, four-layer, five-layer, or multiple-layer configurations.

Based on production techniques, stainless steel filters can be spot-welded with double-layer or three-layer structures, typically featuring 4 to 10 solder joints. Single-layer and double-layer hemming options are also available based on customer preferences. Additionally, filters can be customized with or without edging, using materials like stainless steel, copper, galvanized steel, or aluminum plates. The outer diameter of these filters generally ranges from 5 mm to 600 mm, with circular filters reaching a diameter of up to 6000 mm (6 meters).
