At present, the two well-known bicycle brands Specialized (Lightning) and Fizik (Snitch) are both fond of 3D printing and have released several 3D-printed seat cushions. Not long ago, Fizik released its second road bike 3D printed saddle Argo Adaptive, and now Specialized has also launched a new 3D printed saddle Power Pro, which is the third after the S-Works Power Mirror and S-Works Romin EVO saddles products.

Power Pro is still manufactured using Carbon's Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) 3D printing technology. The pad uses 3D printed complex honeycomb structure, which can better control the pad density and provide more support and comfort than traditional foam.
The biggest difference with this new model is the use of titanium rails instead of carbon, which are now stronger and therefore suitable for road, mountain bike, and gravel riding. According to Specialized, the base of the Power Pro is manufactured using a new recycled carbon process that combines carbon waste with infused nylon to form 15 percent recycled carbon fiber. It claims this is the first step towards creating more sustainable products and closed-loop production.

Specialized Power Pro offers two widths of 143mm and 155mm to choose from, priced at $325/2131 yuan, and is currently on sale on the Specialized official website.
