Debuting For The First Time: Titanium Alloy Frame For Mountain Bikes in The UK

640DMR Trailstar frame is making a comeback, this time crafted with titanium alloy material. The original prototype frame, built with chromoly steel in 1996, became a legendary product among UK hardtail mountain bike enthusiasts. Its most recent update was in 2016 when it already supported 27.5" wheel diameter and had clearance for 27.5+ tires. Fast forward to 2024, this frame, now supporting 29" wheel diameter, brings a horizontally sliding rear axle design. Additionally, keeping up with the trends of the era, the steep top tube is no longer present.
