TOPTITECH the wave stainless steel wire mesh filter cartridge is composed of multiple layers of sintered wire mesh panels that are heated, pressed, and bonded together using high-temperature vacuum sintering, argon arc, or plasma welding. The size and distribution of the holes are determined by the selection of wire diameter, mesh size, mesh layer, and weaving method of the wire mesh.
The wave stainless steel wire mesh filter cartridge is the ideal material for filtering because of the superior mechanical qualities produced by the manufacturing process. The standard product is typically made up of five layers, but it can be customized to include six or seven layers upon customer request.
